Celebrating Asian American Heritage Month, Comedian Kate Siahaan-Rigg and Olivia Oguma (Mamma Mia, A Christmas Carol) host Disorientalism in Joes Pub at the Public Theatre. Part 4 of their ongoing show. This is a musical and comedic fun filled show featuring New York’s premier Asian American performers including the hosts themselves. The night was vibrant with everyone in good spirits celebrating this special event!

Dialogue with Three Chords (D3C) and BrooklynONE Productions (bkONE) staged readings of 'The Last Days of the Brave and the Bold,' and 'A People's History of Superheroism' at Fort Hamilton Distillery in Industry City, last Saturday which followed the FREE Brooklyn Comics showcase at St. Marks Comics, also at Industry City.

Judge Me Paris includes excerpts from John Eccles and John Weldon's Baroque opera The Judgment of Paris, sung by Morningside Opera, with a libretto by William Congreve, Baroque music performed by SIREN Baroque, and additional text by Jeff Takacs. The show opens tonight, May 17, in Brooklyn.

Award-winning actor and musician Hershey Felder (George Gershwin Alone, Monsieur Chopin, Beethoven As I Knew Him) returns to Chicago with Maestro: The Art of Leonard Bernstein. Combining first-person narrative with the music of composer Bernstein and the artists who inspired him, Maestro: The Art of Leonard Bernstein is the story of the legendary American composer and longtime music director of the New York Philharmonic. Helmed by award-winning director Joel Zwick, Hershey Felder will return to Chicago's Royal George Theatre, 1641 N. Halsted, where from September 2004 through January 2006, he held residence with George Gershwin Alone and the World Premiere of Monsieur Chopin, culminating in 70 weeks of live performances. Maestro will begin previews on November 1st with press opening November 9th, and will play through December 30.

BOOM! and Trick, headlines the cast of the New York premiere of Magnetic North, a play by William Donnelly about the perilous space between flirtation and betrayal. Joining Campbell in the cast are Scott Richard Foster (Broadway's Brooklyn the Musical, Sessions), Heather Lee Harper (Anthony Burgess' A Clockwork Orange) and Sarah Shahinian (Lincoln Center's Picnic at Hanging Rock). The production is directed by Jeremy Dobrish (Signs of Life, Spain, Judas and Me).
