Florida Studio Theatre's Mainstage season starts off in Brighton, England. The BROADWAY HIT One Man, Two Guvnors opens in the Gompertz Theatre on November 20, 2015.  Having received 7 Tony nominations, this clever comedy complete with mobsters, murders, and mishaps, was written by Richard Bean, based on Carlo Goldoni's The Servant of Two Masters. SAFE HOUSE, Keith Josef Adkins' moving and surprising drama exploring a little-known chapter in our region's history, is the 71st world premiere production at the Playhouse. It will continue the Robert S. Marx Theatre season today, Oct. 18 through Nov. 15.

BILL W. AND DR. BOB -- the critically acclaimed play by Samuel Shem and Janet Surrey -- will once again extend its Off-Broadway run at the Soho Playhouse (15 Vandam Street), now through March 30, 2014, it has been announced by Dr. Shem and Dr. Surrey, and General Manager Darren Lee Cole. BILL W. AND DR. began its run at the Soho Playhouse on July 8, 2013 and officially opened on July 16, 2013; the Off-Broadway play is currently in its sixth month of performances and recently celebrated its 150th performance on December 27, 2013. 'Exciting' is not a word normally associated with productions of Thornton Wilder's Our Town. Heartwarming? Sure. Chilling? When its climax is done well, certainly. But director David Cromer's non-traditional take on the play - which remains completely faithful to the author's text and themes - is one of the most exciting theatre events of the season.

Produced in association with Joseph Harrow, and directed by Broadway veteran Robert Kalfin, OUTWARD BOUND begins previews on Tuesday, April 12th for a limited engagement through Sunday, May 8th.
