HBO Asia to Premiere Original Period Drama GRISSE Today


HBO Asia's original period drama GRISSE premieres today, WEDNESDAY, MARCH 6 on HBO NOW, HBO GO, HBO On Demand and partners' streaming platforms. The show is the latest programming made available to U.S. subscribers from HBO's international partners and joins the recent critically acclaimed HBO Asia series 'Folklore' and 'Miss Sherlock.'

Prospect Theater Company, under the leadership of Producing Artistic Director Cara Reichel and Managing Director Melissa Huber, and the National Asian Artists Project (NAAP), under the leadership of Executive Artistic Director Baayork Lee and Co-Founder Steven Eng, will present a concert performance of the musical HONOR, with music and lyrics by Peter Mills, and book by Mills and Cara Reichel, adapted from William Shakespeare's As You Like It.

This is the play that Ben Brantley described as Williams' 'most impassioned and articulate statement on human isolation, the wrenching problems of communication between people and the ways in which death defines life.' It is brought to life in a new intimate bold raw space production that unfolds in 'real time' and places center stage the lush language of this modern classic fable.
