In its 10th year of showcasing African-American culture in the Hamptons, Evidence, A Dance Company held its annual 'On Our Toes' Hamptons Summer Benefit on August 17, on the sprawling grounds of the Hayground School in Bridgehampton. Scroll down for photos of the festivities!

Evidence, A Dance Company paid tribute to the life and legacy of Beth Young, a dance enthusiast and long-time supporter of Evidence, A Dance Company, and recognized Goldman, Sachs & Co. and, Valentino D. Carlotti for supporting the arts and community outreach at The Torch Ball on March 25 at New York City's The Plaza Hotel. Proceeds from the black tie affair support Evidence's mission to promote understanding of the African Diaspora through dance, music and storytelling. Scroll below for photos from the event!

During May and June the Brooklyn Museum will present a wide array of public programs for adults, teens, families, and kids including art-making classes and workshops; talks and tours; Thursdays @ 7, a series of engaging adult programs that takes place every Thursday evening; and the return of the Audiophile concert series.

Ronald K. Brown and his acclaimed Evidence, A Dance Company held its 8th Annual On Our Toes in the Hamptons on the sprawling grounds of the Hayground School in Bridgehampton. The world premiere of renowned choreographer Ronald K. Brown's 'On Earth Together' inspired by the music of Stevie Wonder at the Joyce Theater was met with thunderous applause and a standing ovation for the electrifying performance of Brown's acclaimed troupe.

The 7th Annual 'On Our Toes in The Hamptons' featuring the internationally acclaimed Evidence, A Dance Company under the direction of founder Ronald K. Brown and honoring Prince Kunle Omilana of Nigeria and his wife Princess Keisha Omilana for their support and dedication to The Company will take place at the home of Gala Co-Chairs The Honorable Bernard Jackson and Joyce Mullins Jackson, newly elected Chairman of the Board of the dance company, Water Mill, N.Y. on Saturday, August 21, 2010 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
