Lythgoe Family Panto (LFP), presents a virtual at home sing-along concert CAROLS FOR KIDS, benefiting Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA), and featuring stars from a decade of Lythgoe Family productions.

Cute costumed kids filed into The Duke Energy Center Thursday night to see Lythgoe Family Panto production of ALADDIN AND HIS WINTER WISH. The show marks the first of a three-year partnership between the Lythgoe family and North Carolina Theatre and the first foray into the Christmas show market for North Carolina Theatre. While this isn't the Disney version of ALADDIN, the story is essentially the same. A street rat with a dream meets a princess, gets trapped in a cave, finds a lamp, meets a Genie, makes a wish, buys a laundromat, makes it snow, and lives happily ever after. And by all accounts, the kids in the audience loved every minute of it.

A new addition to the theatre's upcoming 2018-19 season, Aladdin and His Winter Wish starring Broadway star Jason Gotay and the Bold and the Beautiful's Nia Sioux will run Nov. 29-Dec. 2 at Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Raleigh.

A new holiday tradition has begun in Salt Lake City with Lythgoe Family Productions' A SNOW WHITE CHRISTMAS-a fun-filled event for the entire family. It's the perfect show to introduce young children to live theatre but will easily keep teens and adults entertained with its witty banter and powerhouse vocals.

Mirror, Mirror on the wall - whose is the loveliest Panto of them all? Well, in Pasadena it's the Playhouse, which has begun a new holiday tradition with this year's debut of Lythgoe Productions' A Snow White Christmas.

British Panto, short for Pantomime, is an interactive show with music for the entire family and based on a fairytale. The music incorporated is the latest craze, and the jokes used are always relevant to current cultural trends. The main goal is to bring the family unit together for entertainment.
