Roundabout Theatre Company will present a one-night only Benefit Reading of Oscar Wilde's beloved comedy The Importance of Being Earnest starring the legendary 5-time Tony winner Angela Lansbury as 'Lady Bracknell.' Additional casting has been announced including Rebecca Night as 'Cecily Cardew,' Daniel Davis as 'Lane,' John Glover as 'Reverend 2 Canon Chasuble,' Tony winner Jayne Houdyshell as 'Miss Prism,' Simon Jones as 'Merriman,' Hamish Linklater as 'John Worthing,' Lily Rabe as 'Gwendolen Fairfax' and Tom Rhoads as 'Algernon Moncrieff.'

J.D. Montgomery') have joined Sutton Foster ('Edythe Herbert') and Gavin Creel ('Captain Billy Buck Chandler') in a special one-night-only Benefit Musical Performance of My One and Only, the award-winning musical comedy by Peter Stone and Timothy S. Mayer with music and lyrics by George and Ira Gershwin.

Kentwood Players proudly presents the play DANGEROUS OBSESSION, by N.J. Crisp. Performances take place at the Westchester Playhouse, located at 8301 Hindry Avenue in Westchester, CA 90045. THE LAST SHIP - the new musical with music and lyrics by 16-time Grammy Award-winner Sting and book by Tony Award winner John Logan and Pulitzer Prize-winner Brian Yorkey opened last night, October 26. The Last Ship is directed by Tony Award winner Joe Mantello and choreographed by Olivier Award winner and Tony Award nominee Steven Hoggett. In front of a worldwide audience of approximately 1 billion viewers, Miss Universe Venezuela, Gabriela Isler was crowned Miss Universe 2013 from Crocus City Hall in Moscow, Russia. The 62nd Annual MISS UNIVERSE Competition was broadcast on NBC with a Spanish simulcast on Telemundo.

Erin Brady of East Hampton, was crowned Miss USA 2013 at the conclusion of the 2013 MISS USA Competition at PH Live in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday June 16, 2013.

The runway at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) will once again be the place for established designers, editors, and other VIPs to preview the fashion industry's most promising young designers when the college presents The Future of Fashion, the annual end-of-year runway show, on May 1 at 6:30 p.m. Approximately 80 outstanding looks created by graduating Fashion Design students will be selected from a field of 330, including sportswear, special occasion, knitwear, intimate apparel, and children's wear designed for fall 2013. This year's show will also showcase a capsule collection by graduating Fashion Design students who spent their final year at the college's Milan campus at the Politecnico di Milano.
