Minneapolis Musical Theatre Announces 2022-2023 Season
Minneapolis Musical Theatre has announced its first full season since before the COVID-19 pandemic, featuring three contemporary musicals that all put imaginative spins on classic tales. The season includes a special holiday production and two area premieres.

Stars of stage and screen, playwrights, composers, and supporters of TheatreWorks Silicon Valley came together Saturday, November 2, 2019 to celebrate the acclaimed regional theatre at And the Tony Award Goes To…Celebrating TheatreWorks at 50, a once-in-a-lifetime event honoring the company's half-century and its 2019 Regional Theatre Tony® Award. Some 480 guests attended this extraordinary event which raised nearly $800,000 for TheatreWorks marking it the most attended and most successful fundraiser in the company's history. Guests appropriately gathered in the heart of Silicon Valley at Mountain View's Computer History Museum for cocktails, dinner, and a lively auction, then proceeded to the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts, where a stellar array of TheatreWorks alumni returned to pay tribute to its history through words and music.
Theatreworks Silicon Valley Announces One-Night-Only Spring Fundraiser
This April, TheatreWorks Silicon Valley invites guests to crack open The Legendary Vault, a secret place where magical treasures are stored and thrilling moments of theatre live on, at its annual spring party. Established in Palo Alto in 1970, TheatreWorks has grown over the past 49 years into one of the largest theatre companies in the Bay Area, and one of the nation's leading producers of new works. At this enchanted event, guests will sample delectable food and drink, shop for rare items and experiences, bid on once-in-a-lifetime adventures, and enjoy roof-raising musical performances. Proceeds from the one-night-only experience will benefit TheatreWorks's continued mission to bring the arts to Bay Area audiences. Declan Bennett And Bronté Barbé Lead The Cast In Off-Broadway Hit Musical STRIKING 12
Ben Lockwood, Rupert Henderson and Oliver Kaderbhai today announce the full cast for the hit Off-Broadway musical Striking 12 from Tony Award-winning Rachel Sheinkin and musical duo Brendan Milburn and Valerie Vigoda. Oliver Kaderbhai directs Declan Bennett (Brendan), Bronte Barbe (The Match Girl), Danielle Kassarate (Narrator), with Kate Robson-Stuart and Leon Scott completing the cast. Inspired by Hans Christian Andersen's The Little Match Girl, Striking 12 will open at the Union Theatre on 3 December, with previews from 28 November and runs until 23 December.

Rowsey and Grant Carey, this magical New Year's themed concert-theatre hybrid will run Dec. 14-30, 2017, at the Liberty Theatre in Hailey, followed by a special New Year's Eve fundraiser performance and celebration on Dec. 31.

Producer Q Theatricals announced today that after critically acclaimed and award winning productions in Seattle, New Jersey and Boston the new musical, ERNEST SHACKLETON LOVES ME, will begin performances on Friday, April 14, 2017 and officially open on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at Off-Broadway's Tony Kiser Theatre (305 West 43rd Street).
