Recordings by Aerosmith, Dolly Parton, Frank Sinatra Among Newest Inductions to the GRAMMY Hall Of Fame
Continuing its ongoing commitment to preserving and celebrating timeless recordings, the Recording Academy has announced the newest inductions to its distinguished GRAMMY Hall Of Fame®. The latest additions recognize a diverse range of both singles and album recordings at least 25 years old that exhibit qualitative or historical significance. Each year recordings are reviewed by a special member committee comprised of eminent and knowledgeable professionals from all branches of the recording arts, with final approval by the Recording Academy's National Board of Trustees. With 25 new titles, the Hall, now in its 46th year, currently totals 1,088 recordings and is on display at The GRAMMY Museum.

Broadway composer Frank Wildhorn (Jekyll and Hyde, The Scarlet Pimpernel, The Civil War, Bonnie and Clyde) is bringing "Frank and Friends" to the historic Tarrytown Music Hall (13 E. Main St. Tarrytown, NY) on Friday night, April 8, 2016 at 8pm. Proceeds from the show (ticket prices range from $35 to $175) will benefit Make-A-Wish Hudson Valley. In a collaboration between the LA Phil and Glorya Kaufman Presents Dance at The Music Center, 'Available Light -- Creators in Conversation' reunites choreographer Lucinda Childs, composer John Adams, and architect Frank Gehry, in a post-performance discussion about the evolution of Available Light, the production that opened the Temporary Contemporary (Geffen/MOCA) 31 years ago. This conversation is open to ticket holders for the Available Light performance today, June 5.
