The Royal Opera House announces that David Ross has stepped down as Chair of the Royal Opera House's Board of Trustees, effective from today. 

The Royal Opera House will sell a David Hockney portrait that could be worth up to £18m.

Suddenly, their movie-star sister, Masha, swoops in with her new boy toy, Spike.

Lambda Literary is pleased to announce that John Waters will receive Lambda's Trustee Award for Excellence in Literature an Rita Mae Brown will receive the Pioneer Award at the 27th Annual Lambda Literary Awards ('Lammys'). Suede's special guests are the splendid Brighton-based indie rockers BRITISH SEA POWER, the title of whose current album, 'Machineries of Joy', was inspired by a collection of short stories by the great sci-fi author, Ray Bradbury. 'I had been traveling when Larry went into the hospital,' Webster told The Times. 'And when I was back and he was able to talk, he told me he had invited 20 people to the I.C.U. for the wedding. So it turned into a little party at his bedside.'

The Tony Awards Administration Committee has announced that Larry Kramer will receive the Isabelle Stevenson Award. This award will be presented at the 2013 Tony Awards on Sunday, June 9th. The 2013 Tony Awards are presented by The Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing.
