Lyric Hammersmith Theatre has announced the full cast and creative team for the UK premiere of Alice Childress’ Wedding Band:  A Love/Hate Story in Black and White, directed by Stage Debut Award winner Monique Touko, who returns to the Lyric after the smash-hit production of School Girls; Or, The African Mean Girls Play.

BBC AMERICA's co-production, In The Flesh, tells a very human story... about the undead. The mini-series springs to life with the channel's special broadcast event, premiering over three consecutive nights. Zombie teenager Kieren Walker isn't comfortable in his 'undead' state. He didn't want to come back - he wanted to be dead. After his suicide four years ago, his friends and family thought they'd never see him again. When Kieran returns, he is forced to confront his family, the community that rejected him and the haunting flashbacks of what he did in his untreated state. BBC AMERICA's special three-night premiere event of In The Flesh begins Thursday, June 6, 10:00pm ET/PT.

The National Theatre's award-winning production of War Horse is currently playing the New London Theatre, and will egin a full UK tour in Fall 2013, according to The Stage. While official tour dates and venues have not yet been confirmed, executive director Nick Starr revealed that in addition to the West End, Broaway, and upcoming Toronto production, there are also plans to open in Australia, Japan, and South Africa.

Today, 6 June, the National Theatre's award-winning production of War Horse at the New London Theatre will release over 290,000 new tickets for sale, taking bookings up to 20 October 2012.
