Bruce C. Brown Releases IF YOU THINK SOMEBODY'S OUT TO GET YOU
Richard Logan is a man with a complicated past. A retired journalist, Logan spends his days penning historical novels and raising flowers on the beautiful island of Maui, but he battles PTSD acquired during a rough time in Baja, Calif. Logan does his best to keep to himself in this new thriller, but trouble always has a way of finding him no matter how low his profile. Despite his extreme distaste for the airport, Logan agrees to pick up his friend Lester, and when the two men stop to check on the empty property Lester manages, they find the homeowner and his escort brutally murdered. When other bodies turn up on the usually peaceful island, the state police use Logan's name as bait by releasing his name to the public as a witness to the murders.
