Amy holds a BA in Psychology with Honors from the University of Kansas and a MFA in Directing from Penn State University. Amy was the associate/resident director of Escape to Margaritaville for Christopher Ashley on the pre-Broadway tour and also on Broadway. She served as Mr. Ashley’s Associate Director on Disney’s Freaky Friday. Amy directs mostly new musicals, including the NYC Off-Broadway and London premieres last year of Unexpected Joy.
