Eminences of the literary community and publishing worlds will gather at Cipriani 25 Broadway on Tuesday, December 7th at 6:30 p.m. in honor of The Center for Fiction's Annual Awards Benefit and 200th Anniversary Celebration.

This month, The Studio Theatre Tierra del Sol opens the first production of its sixth season, Broadbend, Arkansas, consisting of two acts.

The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts announced today that Jason Robert Brown, Savion Glover, Priscilla López, Susan Stroman, Marisha Wallace, and Christopher Wheeldon have joined the growing list of Broadway stars participating in I'm Still Here: A Virtual Benefit for the Billy Rose Theatre Division, airing June 23, 2021 on Broadway On Demand at 8pm EST and 8pm PST. The fundraiser will help raise critical funds for the Library for the Performing Arts' beloved Theatre Division as it celebrates its 90th anniversary this year.

This season the Studio Theatre has curated four stories that unpack what it means to adapt to the changing world and also what to do when adapting isn’t the answer. When is it time to change the world rather than just yourself?

The Center For Fiction will host their Annual Awards Benefit virtually this year on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at 7:30 PM ET.

Transport Group has announced that the filmed performance of its world premiere musical Broadbend, Arkansas will be available for video streaming beginning Monday, July 20 for four weeks. An original cast recording will be released by Broadway Records later this month.

In lieu of a season announcement, Theater Latté Da announces a??NEXT UPa??,an intensive laboratory investing in the future of new musical theater. New work has always been a part of the company's DNA. Over the past eight years the company has further prioritized the support of new musicals and plays with music through its NEXT program: including commissions, workshops, the NEXT Festival, and of course world premieres. Transport Group announced today that Denise Dickens, formerly of Abingdon Theatre Company, will join the company as its new executive director, replacing Lori Fineman, outgoing executive director. Transport Group has announced its 2019-2020 mainstage season of two productions

PREMIERES (Paulette Haupt, Artistic Director), the New York based music theater organization whose mission is "to bring new music theater to light," is pleased to announce the cast and creative teams for this season's INNER VOICES, the biennial series of solo works featuring new teams of playwrights and composers. Performances begin TONIGHT at 8:00pm for a limited run through Saturday, November 17, 2018 at The TBG Mainstage Theatre (312 West 36th Street - between 8th & 9th Avenues). Opening Night is Thursday, November 1, 2018 at 8:00pm.
