Transport Group will present a one-night-only benefit performance of the Frank Capra holiday classic It’s a Wonderful Life, directed by Artistic Director Jack Cummings III, on Monday, December 12 at 8pm at The Sheen Center for Thought and Culture, 18 Elizabeth Street. Donna Lynne Champlin (“Crazy Ex-Girlfriend”) stars in the role of George Bailey.

The cast includes Stephanie Berry as “Geraldine Irby,” Jake Ryan Lozano as “Sam Yates,” Sasha Camille Manuel as “Ella Irby,” Anthony Lee Medina as “Ruben Torres,” Jhardon Dishon Milton as “Jonah Irby.”

Signature Theatre has announced the cast for the concert presentation of We Shall Someday, a timely new musical written by Harrison David Rivers and Ted Shen. The concert presentation will take place June 30 – July 2, 2022.

The NEXT Generation Commission supports the creation and development of new musical theatre projects whose creative teams are at least 50% women artists or BIPOC artists. The creative team will share the $20,000 commission.
