TV and theater favorite Brooke Shields will join the cast of the one-night-only benefit performance of Disney's The Happiest Millionaire, it was announced today.

Tony Award Winner and three-time nominee, Tonya Pinkins (Caroline, or Change, Play On!, Jelly's Last Jam) joins the cast of Disney's The Happiest Millionaire, celebrating its 50th anniversary in a concert that will benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

Inspired by Little Orphan Annie, the 1924 comic strip by Harold Gray, Annie is a heart-warming story, filled with adventure and laughs that defines what family truly means. One of the longest running shows in Broadway history and the winner of seven Tony Awards, Annie, returns to the WBT stage through September 10, 2017. Irish Repertory Theatre (Charlotte Moore, Artistic Director and Ciaran O'Reilly, Producing Director) announced today an extension of the cell's (Nancy Manocherian, Founding Artistic Director and Kira Simring, Artistic Director) acclaimed production of CRACKSKULL ROW, by Honor Molloy. Directed by Kira Simring (Hard Times: An American Musical), CRACKSKULL ROW began previews on February 3, 2017 and officially opened February 10 at Irish Rep Theatre (132 West 22nd Street) in the W. Scott McLucas Studio Theatre. CRACKSKULL ROW will now run through March 26, 2017.

Irish Repertory Theatre will present the world premiere of REBEL IN THE SOUL, a new play by Larry Kirwan (Liverpool Fantasy). Directed by Charlotte Moore (Finian's Rainbow), REBEL IN THE SOUL begins performances on April 12, 2017 at Irish Rep Theatre (132 West 22nd Street) in the W. Scott McLucas Studio Theatre and officially opens on April 18, running through May 24, 2017.

The Irish Repertory Theatre is currently presenting Crackskull Row, through March 19, 2017. John Charles McLaughlin is featured in the double role of Young Rash/ESB Boy. McLaughlin is a resident artist at the cell and most recently performed in the production of Crackskull Row there.
