PTP/NYC, in association with Middlebury College, presents its 26th repertory season, its 6th consecutive in New York, running now through July 29, 2012 in a limited Off-Broadway engagement at The Atlantic Stage 2, located at 330 West 16th Street between 8th & 9th Avenues in New York City. This season's line-up includes Caryl Churchill's Serious Money - receiving its first New York revival since the 1988 Broadway production - about greed in London's financial district in the late '80s, directed by PTP's Co-Artistic Director Cheryl Faraone. MODERN LUV, with music and lyrics by Mark Siano and Opal Peachey and book by Jeanne Lee, will play April 19 through 21 at 8pm at IRT (Interborough Repertory Theater) 154 Christopher Street, 3B New York, NY 10014. The show is presented by Mark Siano, IRT, and The Triple Door.

The Broadway Dreams Foundation presented their Third Annual New York Benefit Performance at the Florence Gould Hall (55 East 59th Street) on Monday, November 21, 2011. The special evening, which only happens once a year in NYC, got a spontaneous ovation after a non-stop, 100 minute show, which showed off the talents of BDF students and faculty that assembled from across the country to perform and to show the audience what they were about.

MCC Theater has announced the complete cast for the newly reworked and fully re-imagined production of Carrie, the musical. Carrie features music by Michael Gore, lyrics by Dean Pitchford (Academy Award winning composer and lyricist for the original film Fame) and a book by Lawrence D. Cohen (who also adapted the 1974 novel by Stephen King for the 1976 Brian DePalma film). Directed by Stafford Arima, performances for Carrie begin January 31, 2012, at the Lucille Lortel Theatre (121 Christopher Street, NYC). The official opening night is set for March 1, 2012.
