New York Theatre Barn will host a free live stream of its New Works Series on Wednesday, July 1st, 2020 at 7PM EDT, featuring excerpts from the new musicals Francois and the Rebels and American Morning. The 40-minute presentation will also feature a conversation with the creators of the new musicals.

This week, a roster of Broadway favorites will share their go to audition songs and stories from 'inside the room'. Some hilarious, some horrifying, some triumphant, all EPIC!

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway cast twice monthly.

The one night only concert was produced by Michael Longoria, Liz Skollar of Skollar PR and Taylor James of 42West PR as a benefit for the students of Opening Act, an organization that seeks to level the playing field for students by specifically partnering with NYC schools that have lower than average graduation rates (as few as 33% of students graduating in four years) and an evident lack of theater programming. 

The New Group presents Donja R. Love's one in two, featuring Jamyl Dobson, Leland Fowler and Edward Mawere. Directed by Stevie Walker-Webb, one in two just opened last night, December 10. A limited Off-Broadway engagement is slated through January 12 at The Pershing Square Signature Center (The Alice Griffin Jewel Box Theatre, 480 West 42nd Street).

Michael Longoria brings Holiday Hop to the Green Room 42! He is singing to raise money and awareness to a wonderful organization bringing free theater programming to high school students in New York City called Opening Act. It was formed by a group of actors and educators 20 years ago with goals of offering free after school theater programming to public schools in New York City.

Michael Longoria will sing us home for the holidays with a Christmas concert on Tuesday, December 17 at 9:30pm at The Green Room 42 in New York City. St. Andrews Theater announces Broadway Scares on Halloween night, in benefit of Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, at a secret location on the waterfront in Astoria will feature special guests Lillias White, Sasha Allen, Ari Groover and Jaime Cepero.
