On July 29th at 10pm NYC will get Exposed. The Cutting Room will host a night of music and poetry exposing some of NYC's best unknown and established performers. The concert is a platform encouraging these artists to display their original work to the public without apology.

Dwelvan David (Caroline, or Change, The Wiz, Songs for a New World), Jenna Leigh Green (Wicked, Bare, "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch"), Alex Goley (Big River, The Berenstain Bears Live!), Eryn Murman (Spring Awakening), Darren Ritchie (Wonderland, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Dracula The Musical, Little Shop of Horrors, Nerds) and Matt Shingledecker (West Side Story, Rent, Spring Awakening) will lead the cast of STANDBY, an Official Selection of the 2013 New York Musical Theatre Festival Next Link Project.

Broadway's Andrew Keenan Bolger and other outstanding artists from the worlds of Broadway, television, film and other mediums came together on April 22 for the third annual broadwayUNLOCKED (formerly known as 'The Bridge'), a benefit concert celebrating the work of the Crime Victims Treatment Center (CVTC) of St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital. Allison Case and Jay Armstrong Johnson will perform the song in anticipation of GHOSTLIGHT RECORDS' upcoming Original Broadway Cast Recording, which will be recorded next month and released in June 2013. CANON IN D MINOR Joins Fringe Encores Series

CANON IN D MINOR has been selected for the Fringe Encores Series following its New York premiere in the New York International Fringe Festival. Out of the 187 productions in this year's festival, CANON IN D MINOR is one of just 19 chosen for the series. The production will run at SoHo Playhouse for an additional five performances beginning Sept 15th.

The 2012 World Science Festival opens its 5th anniversary season with two star-filled nights dedicated to Science and the Arts: The 5th Anniversary Gala Celebration, "A Performing Arts Salute to Science" on Tuesday, May 29th, The Allen Room, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Columbus Circle, 7:30 pm. The 5th Anniversary World Science Festival Gala will feature Broadway and Classical Music stars in a performing arts salute to science. Broadway celebrities and classical music stars will perform. In addition to the starry musical performances, Festival co-founder Brian Greene will conduct two mind-blowing and rarely-seen-in-public Physics experiments: the "Quantum Levitation" and "Double-Slit" experiments.

San Jose Rep Receives 22 SF Bay Area Theatre Critics Circle Award Nominations

San Jose Repertory Theatre received a total of 22 nominations in the large theatre category (venues over 300 seats) from the San Francisco Bay Area Theatre Critics' Circle (SFBATCC) for outstanding productions during 2011. San Jose Rep Artistic Director Rick Lombardo received three best director nominations for his work on the world premiere of Love in American Times, the theatrical classic The Dresser and the musical Spring Awakening.
