In an interview with TMZ, David Chase, creator of HBO's THE SOPRANOS, revealed that there is a possibility he will bring the long-running drama series to the big screen. Commented Chase, 'I would never say there was never a chance ... but uh, nobody's working on it.'

Broadway & 6th Avenue), on Tuesday, May 29th: 6:00 pm is a Mixer with the reading at 7:00 pm. Dominic Chianese of THE SOPRANOS and BOARDWALK EMPIRE stars in the Nobel Prize-winning playwright Luigi Pirandello's RIGHT YOU ARE (if you think you are). Through small town gossip, this parable explores the relativity of truth, the vanity and necessity of illusion and the instability of the human personality. The reading will be directed by Artistic Director Judson Jones.

The Friars Foundation is an important contributor to the Performing Arts. Academia recognizes the Friars Foundation as an upfront organization due to their activist scholarship programs. Nine universities with solid performing arts departments have granted scholarships to qualified students. Over the past decade the Friars Foundation has been responsible for 360 Performing Arts scholarships. Many of these students are now employed on Broadway, Hollywood and wherever stages are being prepared for performances.
