Oregon Shakespeare Festival (OSF) Artistic Associate Dawn Monique Williams has been named a 2016 Princess Grace Foundation Award winner.

The Princess Grace Foundation-USA (PGF-USA) has announced the winners of the 2016 Princess Grace Awards.  The Annual Gala will continue the legacy of Princess Grace (Kelly) of Monaco, who helped emerging artists pursue their artistic goals during Her lifetime.  In total, the Foundation is awarding over $1 million to artists in theater, dance, and film.   In the presence of Their Serene Highnesses The Prince and The Princess of Monaco, this year's Gala will be held at Cipriani 25 Broadway on October 24, 2016.  The evening will be co-chaired by Lisa and Richard Plepler, Sidney and Katia Toledano, and Gillian Murphy and Ethan Stiefel. Major Gala supporters include: Christian Dior Couture, as Presenting Sponsor and Mrs. Lily Safra as Crown Sponsor.

The Gala took place in the presence of TSH The Prince and Princess of Monaco.

On Wednesday, November 10, The 2010 Princess Grace Awards were held at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City. The Awards ceremony included the presentation of 21 awards to emerging artists in theater, dance and film as well as the Prince Rainier III Award, presented to Denzel and Pauletta Washington, and the Princess Grace Statue Award to be presented to Anna D. Shapiro. The Award recipients hail from cities and states across America and traveled to New York City to receive their honor at the glamorous black tie ceremony. The 28th Annual Princess Grace Awards Gala took place in the presence of Her Royal Highness Caroline Princess of Hanover. The evening was co-chaired by Bonnie Pfeifer Evans. The Playwriting Award includes a residency at New Dramatists, Inc. in New York City. Individuals may submit an unproduced, unpublished full-length play for consideration.
