Today, we return to last year's Days Of Cabaret Gratitude with THE GOLD STANDARD.

Tony Award-nominated Broadway legend Ann Hampton Callaway is heading out on tour in 2023 to promote her new album, Fever: A Peggy Lee Celebration!

With her artist legacy series, pop/jazz vocalist and songwriter Ann Hampton Callaway paid homage to Ella Fitzgerald and Sarah Vaughan on two critically-acclaimed CDs while staying true to her artistic aesthetic. Callaway continues that series with Fever: A Peggy Lee Celebration!, which highlights the songwriting talents of Lee.

With Ann’s fingers set loose on the keyboard, her notes, harmonies, rhythms and arrangements, intertwining with her lush voice’s theatrical power and improvisational abilities, the night was full of “moments.”

Today the Broadway world mourns the passing of another artist who made remarkable contributions to the world of performance.

Ann Hampton Callaway and Liz Callaway will perform 'From West Side Story to Wicked: Broadway With The Callaways' this Saturday January 30th at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center in Newark. There will be two evening shows, one at 6:00 pm and one at 8:30 pm. Broaadwayworld.com had the opportunity to interview Ann Hampton Callaway in advance of the performance.

The Town Hall, New York's landmark theatre and concert venue conclude the Sixth Annual Summer Broadway Festival, with Liz Callaway's new show, Even Stephen (with Jason Danieley, Joshua Henry and Norm Lewis) last night, July 30th. The Town Hall (123 West 43rd Street), Times presented Boom!, featuring Liz and Ann Hampton Callaway on Friday, June 4 at 8:00PM. This tribute to the boomers music of the 60's and 70's, celebrated the soundtrack of sisters and Tony-nominated actresses, Liz and Ann Hampton Callaway's childhood with unforgettable songs from the 60s and 70s. The dynamic sister duo also shared heartwarming and humorous stories of their years growing up in Chicago and New York.

The best of New York cabaret will be out in full swing as the 20th Annual Cabaret Convention commences on October 7, with a special performance titled 'Celebrate! Celebrate! Celebrate!' The convention, produced by the Mabel Mercer Foundation, will run at Jazz at Lincoln Centre in Manhattan for a three-evening spectacular.

The Duplex Cabaret Theatre is pleased to welcome Grammy-winner JULIE GOLD back to thier stage, where she performs on the first Friday of every month throughout December.
