Actor-producer living in Brooklyn, Received BA in Theatre at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI, before moving to New York to pursue an acting career. After working extensively in the indie theatre scene, began to pursue more on-camera work in 2012, booking first co-star role in the ABC pilot Dark Horse, directed by Roland Emmerich. Since then, appeared in House of Cards, Law & Order: SVU, Bull, Quantico, and many more. Big-screen credits include Steven Soderbergh?s Side Effects, and Ken Scott?s Delivery Man with Vince Vaughn. Also active in the indie film scene, most notably appearing in Chateau Sauvignon: terroir, which to date has received over 123 Official Selections, 36 nominations, and 30 wins, including for Best Cast Performance at The Wild Sound Film Festival in 2016. Continues to perform on stage, and in 2017 had opportunity to perform a dream role-- Patricia in Sight Unseen by Donald Marguiles, with New Light Theatre Project. Was asked back by the same company to star as Sarah in another Marguiles play, Time Stands Still, in 2018. Began producing in 2014, founding Anemone Productions. Anemone Productions focuses on generating work for film, television, and theatre with an emphasis on the female protagonist. Anemone has 3 short films in post-production in 2019, all directed by Michelle Bossy: Miracle Baby (written by Steven Fechter and starring Nancy Nagrant and Stephen Kunken), Telling (written by & starring Josephine Cashman, along with Carson Lee, Heidi Armbruster and Marinda Anderson), and Stag Party (written by & starring Sami Bass, along with Alex Hernandez and Brittanie Varrow). Anemone is also producing the world-premiere of Penny Jackson's new comedy, The Battles of Richmond Hill, directed by Kathy Gail MacGowan, at HERE in April 2019. Past productions include: the short film Find Some Love (2015) written by Michele Aldin Kushner, and directed by Melissa Attebery; the world-premiere of the play Rosemary and Time (2018) by Jennifer Fell Hayes, directed by Kathy Gail MacGowan, at Paradise Factory Theater; and various developmental readings of new work.
