The String Cheese Incident's year-long 30th anniversary celebration continues. The band will make their annual pilgrimage to Red Rocks Amphitheater this coming July for three nights of music, including a special show on Sunday, July 14, featuring Bluegrass greats Sam Bush, Jerry Douglas, and Sierra Hull.   

Following a momentous New Year's Eve run in Oakland, CA, The String Cheese Incident's 30th anniversary year kicks off with the Texas Eclipse Festival on April 6, followed by a newly announced run of East Coast shows beginning May 16 in Charlottesville, VA, followed by festival stops at Summer Camp's new Solshine Reverie in Chillicothe, IL.

This year marks a special milestone as the band also celebrates their 30th Anniversary together. The 30th Anniversary Incident on December 31 will deliver a deep-dive into the band's storied, multi-faceted history together, musically weaving three separate decades of SCI together throughout three sets - one decade per set.

As they dreamed up a batch of songs firmly centered on their storytelling, the band joined forces with Brad Cook (Bon Iver, Hiss Golden Messenger, Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats, Waxahatchee), a producer whose distinct vision helped SCI to fully embrace the album’s rootsy simplicity. Check out the tour dates!

On Sunday afternoon March 7, 2021, The Boulder Opera Company of Colorado presented Mozart’s The Marriage of Figaro to audiences in the theater and online. Stage Director Michael Travis Risner set the time in the present. He provided the necessities required by the story and allowed the cast to provide considerable amusement.

Not just a haphazard foray into experimental music, the duo starts their musical adventure from scratch (there are no pre-recorded loops, no backing tracks, and no pre-constructed songs in their live production) building each set, note-by-note, beat by beat, live before the audience as each show explodes into a full-scale dance party.

The String Cheese Incident & SCI Fidelity Records recently released Believe, the 7th studio album from SCI, on April 14, 2017. The Jerry Harrison (Talking Heads) produced album was recorded and produced in the newly founded “Sound Lab”, a hybrid recording studio and band hangout in Colorado and debuted at #1 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart.

The String Cheese Incident recently released their seventh-studio album, Believe on SCI Fidelity Recordings and now are proud to present the first video from the release with 'My One & Only'.

The show will be presented Thursday through Saturday at GRCC Spectrum Theater, 160 Fountain Street NE, Grand Rapids, beginning tonight, January 29, 2015 and closing on February 7, 2015. All performances begin at 8PM.
