Symphony Space, which celebrates James Joyce’s masterpiece Ulysses in its beloved annual Bloomsday on Broadway, marks the milestone occasion of the book’s 100th anniversary with a new commission in which Elevator Repair Service (ERS) brings the novel to wild, illuminating theatrical life.

The 80-minute hip hop holiday hit Q Brothers Christmas Carol, created by Chicago sensations the Q Brothers Collective (GQ, JQ, Jax, and Pos) and developed with Creative Producer Rick Boynton, is back in a limited engagement in The Yard at Chicago Shakespeare, December 7-23, 2021.

Radiohole, the company recently praised as 'masters of design-forward experimental mayhem' by the American Theater Magazine, is pleased to present the world premiere of Now Serving: A Guide to Aesthetic Etiquette in Four Courses, an immersive performance dinner party, created and performed by the company members Amanda Bender, Erin Douglass, Eric Dyer, and Maggie Hoffman, with Catherine McRae on violin and Kristin Worrall as pastry chef. McCarter Theatre Center will present Elevator Repair Service's multi-award-winning play, Gatz, the critically-lauded performance of F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby, for three performances, February 15 - 17 on the Berlind Stage. Gatz will be presented as a marathon eight-hour event, including two intermissions and a dinner break.

Regarded by The Public Theater's artistic director Oskar Eustice as a resident company of the Astor Place venue, Elevator Repair Service's niche has always been productions with a clear focus on words, such as their fully staged complete-text reading of F. Scott Fitzgerald's 'The Great Gatsby,' titled GATZ, or ARGUENDO, their legal vaudeville centered on documents pertaining to a Supreme Court case regarding strip clubs and the First Amendment.
