Capital Repertory Theatre will open its 2023/24 season with “What the Constitution Means to Me,” Heidi Schreck’s personal and timely exploration of how the U.S. Constitution shaped her life and the women around her.

Producing Artistic Director Kristen van Ginhoven, Managing Director Molly Merrihew, and the WAM Board have announced the appointment of four new members to their Board of Directors. Donna Haghighat, Megan Sandberg-Zakian, Kim Stauffer, and Nicole M. On Monday, November 6, at the 2nd Annual Berkshire Theatre Awards, the Board of the Berkshire Theatre Critics Association (BTCA) gave WAM Theatre co-founder and artistic director Kristen van Ginhoven the prestigious Larry Murray Award, given to a person or theatre project that advances social, political, or community issues.

Rain and romance fill Capital Repertory Theatre with their touching and humorous staging of John Patrick Shanley's "Outside Mullingar." Though confronting themes such as death, acceptance, and self-discovery, the play is a gentle, comedic telling of a feel good, relatable story for all.

Chester Theatre Company and WAM Theatre are pleased to announce they will be partnering for a free reading of Lauren Gunderson's smart, sly play The Revolutionists, directed by WAM Artistic Director Kristen van Ginhoven. The reading will take place Thursday, July 28 at 2 p.m. in the intimate setting of Chester's Historic Town Hall, 15 Middlefield Road in Chester, MA. There will be a talkback following the reading.
