Singer Kelly King won the 2013 coveted 'Silver Seagull' Award for best international singer at the Viña Del Mar International Song Festival in Chile. Organized by the largest television station in the country, Chilevision, King performed her title track, 'Keep The Dream Alive', and was awarded Thursday February 28, 2013 with the coveted award while being the underdog of the competition.
