Phelps will swim the butterfly leg. Missy Franklin is expected to anchor the women's 4x100 medley relay in the freestyle leg. Also in primetime, reigning world champion Carmelita Jeter is expected to sprint for the gold in the women's 100m on the track tomorrow night.
