A brand new season of shows is about to go on sale at Wolverhampton Grand Theatre including the much-anticipated return of SIX and Mischief Theatre’s PETER PAN GOES WRONG.

Captured on stage at Hop Singh’s club in southern California, this eleven-song set includes her signature hits recorded for Phil Spector — “He’s a Rebel,” “Da Doo Ron Ron,” “(Today I Met) The Boy I’m Gonna Marry” — alongside previously unreleased covers of Bruce Springsteen’s “Hungry Heart” and the Beatles’ “We Can Work It Out.”

Singer/songwriter Rolan Bolan (http://theofficialrolanbolan.com/) - son of the late T-Rex frontman and glam-rock legend Marc Bolan and singer and Grammy-nominated Motown songwriter Gloria Jones - picked up a 2014 Hollywood Music In Media Award (HMMA) nomination for his rendition of the song 'Children of the Revolution.' The song, originally written and recorded by his father, was released in 1972.

I was fortunate enough to see 20th Century Boy on its debut outing at the Belgrade Theatre, Coventry back in September 2012 and it was probably the best show I had seen that year. The production is the perfect balance between a jukebox musical and a biography detailing Marc Bolan's rise to fame until the tragic car accident that killed him in 1977. Peter Rowe's writing is superb and brings in the added element of Marc's son Rolan trying to find out about his father who died when he was only two.

Gary Naylor sees an evocation of a Seventies superstar in a jukebox musical that delivers all the crowdpleasing moments one could hope for, if ultimately feeling a little light on dramatic tension.
