Hendrik Meurkens is set to play at Mezzrow in celebration of his recent album, which is out now. The album features Hendrik Meurkens on vibes and harmonica, Steve Ash on piano, Chris Berger on bass, and Andy Watson on drums. Another howling success for kids, tweens and families was delivered by the premiere telecast of the Disney Channel Original Movie 'ZOMBIES 2' (Friday, Feb. 14, 8:00 p.m.), which according to Nielsen's Live+7 data is the #1 cable telecast of 2020 to-date (excluding sports/news programming) with nearly 5 million Total Viewers 2+. It was watched by 1.9 million Kids 6-11 viewers (12.56 rating), 1.4 million Girls 6-11 (18.43 rating), 1.6 million Tweens 9-14 (9.98 rating), 1.1 million Girls 9-14 and 4.9 million Total Viewers - higher ratings than its Feb. 2018 predecessor, 'ZOMBIES.' The sequel posted cable television's highest ratings among all Kid and Girl demographics since Disney Channel's premiere of 'Descendants 3' in Aug. 2019. Last week, City of Hope, a world-renowned independent research and treatment center for cancer, diabetes and other life-threatening diseases, hosted its Music, Film and Entertainment Industry Group's 15th annual Songs of Hope at Alex da Kid's KIDinaKORNER Kampus. This year's event brought together more than 300 music industry celebrities and professionals to honor their peers, bringing in upward of $400,000, a record-breaking year! In total, Songs of Hope has raised over $4.5 million for City of Hope.
