Telly Leung and Storm Lever To Lead Live Audio Adaptation Of THE NUTCRACKER


The full cast has been set for Resounding's immersive audio production of The Fantastical Tale of The Nutcracker and The Mouse King performed live for four performances only December 17th-19th.

Victoria Huston-Elem (Finding Neverland 1st Nat., Addams Family 1st Nat.) Lance Roberts (My Fair Lady, Sunset Boulevard), Kurt Uy (CBS's Tommy, Vietgone), Rolonda Watts (Divorce Court, Rolonda), and more join the cast.

Maggie Lakis and Rob McClure Star in TREASURE ISLAND: LIVE


Resounding, a live immersive audio entertainment company, will present its next production, Treasure Island: Live, on November 27 and 28 at 8 pm EST. The show will star Maggie Lakis (Something Rotten) as Jim Hawkins and Tony nominee Rob McClure (Mrs. Doubtfire, Beetlejuice) as Long John Silver and narrator.

Norm Lewis to Star as Count Dracula in Resounding's Debut Production of DRACULA


Resounding, a live immersive audio entertainment company, will debut with a production of Dracula, on Friday, October 30 and Saturday 31 at 8 PM. Based on Orson Welles' radio play and adapted by Resounding Creative Director Steve Wargo, this production of Dracula will star Tony-nominated Norm Lewis as Count Dracula.

Defibrillator and Arcola Theatre, today announces cast for world stage premiere of Mike Bartlett's, Not Talking. Artistic Director of Defibrillator James Hillier directs David Horovitch (James), Gemma Lawrence (Amanda), Kika Markham (Lucy) and Lawrence Walker (Mark). The production opens at the Arcola Theatre on 1 May, with previews from the 25 April, and runs until 2 June.

On Saturday, May 1, the Straight for Equality Awards Gala honored Liza Minnelli at the New York Marriott Marquis. Liza Minnelli was presented with the 2010 Straight for Equality in Entertainment Award. This honor recognizes Liza's lifelong role as a Straight Ally of the LGBT community. Additional honorees included NFL Super Bowl XLIV star, now of the Cleveland Browns Scott Fujita, and international food services corporation Sodexo. The event was hosted by comedienne Caroline Rhea, with the live auction hosted by actor and 'Amazing Race IV' winner Reichen Lehmkuhl. BroadwayWorld was on hand to celebrate.

The Durst Organization and Bank of America have announced the completion of Henry Miller's Theatre on West 43rd Street in Times Square. The 1,055-seat house is located inside the new 55-story Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park and will be New York's first LEED-rated theater. The theater and the Bank of America Tower are an Empire State Development Corporation project and a joint venture of The Durst Organization Inc. and Bank of America, N.A.
