After a 5 year hiatus, Heart tribute band, ALL HEART makes a rousing return to DROM to benefit Jerad Bortz and his husband Steven Skeels, who've suffered a terrible car accident, leaving Bortz paralyzed. Lead vocalist, Kathy Deitch and Bortz were fellow cast members in the Broadway production of WICKED, and she's gathered band members Dan Weiner, Jake Ezra, Jon Price and Greg Skaff for a reunion not to be missed. ALL HEART covers tunes from all decades of the Heart canon, from their top ten hits to deep cuts, from Dreamboat Annie to Alone, come rock out for a good cause!
Tori Scott returns to Joe's Pub at the Public Theater to let everyone know she still hasn't learned from her mistakes with her new show, Tori Scott Shame Spirals. This Garland for the Grindr era is 'a force to be reckoned with' (Broadway World) and desperate to run away from her problems while celebrating her unconditional love of vodka. Direct from sold out performances in London and aboard the gay cruises of the Caribbean, Tori and her three-piece band will take you on an audacious musical journey of slurred autobiographical stories and songs she stole from other people. You're in for 'an absolute thrill' (Huffington Post).
With the success of his single and video, 'Rainy Night in Georgia,' multiple sold-out shows, a slew of strong reviews and Grammy considerations in 7 different categories, Frank Shiner will be hitting the musical landmark Iridium in New York City Friday, February 2, to perform his sophomore album Lonely Town Lonely Street produced by 12x Grammy Winner Jay Newland. The Rascals great and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, Gene Cornish will be joining Frank on stage as a special guest for three Rascals hits 'How Can I Be Sure' 'Groovin' and 'Good Lovin.'
Tori Scott will return to Joe's Pub at The Public with her annual holiday show, Vodka is the Reason for the Season - an evening of holiday regret, slurred autobiographical stories, and brassy songs written by other people.
