Chicago Dramatists, 1105 W. Chicago Avenue, is proud present the world premiere of Jade Heart, the spellbinding new play by Senior Network Playwright Will Cooper. The production, previewing April 22, opening April 30 and running through May 30, will be directed by Chicago Dramatists' Artistic Director Russ Tutterow.

The one-woman, autobiographical show, Aiming for Sainthood, the third offering in Millennium Park's new theater lab series, In the Works, is coming to the Jay Pritzker Pavilion from March 25-27, 2010 at 7:30 p.m.

Chicago Dramatists announced today that Resident Playwright Lydia Diamond's play Stick Fly was nominated for 5 LA Stage Alliance Ovation Awards (including Best Production, Director, Ensemble, Lighting and Scenic) and Resident Playwright Keith Huff's play The Bird and Mr. Banks was also nominated for Ovation Awards for Best Actor for Sam Anderson (Bernard on 'Lost') and Best Sound Design.
