Comedy and music come together on March 3rd at the Duplex Piano Bar and Lounge to raise money for the Marjory Stoneman Douglas Victims and March for Our Lives Funds. The evening is hosted by Jessica Saul and Sammi Sadicario (Lightning Thief, Nat'l Tour) and features renowned comedians and singers: all either alumni of MSD or friends of past and present students.

Millbrook Playhouse gets ready to make a splash with Disney's The Little Mermaid opening July 8 through July 23, 2016. This classic tale will have everyone longing to be under the sea with such classic songs as "Kiss the Girl," "Poor Unfortunate Souls," and the Academy Award-Winning best original song "Under the Sea".

Penn State Centre Stage will present the regional premiere of Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkey's powerful rock musical Next to Normal from June 4 - 14, 2014 in the Penn State Pavilion Theatre. Directed by Cary Libkin and starring Ariela Morgenstern, Asa Somers, Raymond Sage, Tommy Hart, Christina Kidd, and Gregory LaMontagne, Next To Normal tells the story of a mother struggling with worsening Bipolar Disorder and the dramatic effect that her illness has on her family. The final production of the 2013 Shenandoah Summer Musical Theatre season, Shrek: The Musical, is an entertaining and enchanting modern fairy tale filled with wildly comedic moments and, of course, fart jokes. The regional premiere of the musical is the closing production for the summer musical theater company.

Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre's production of Crazy for You is a phenomenal evening of entertainment filled with fantastic tap-dancing and great Gershwin standards.
