Comedy legend Robert Klein brings his unparalleled wit and humor to the Schoolhouse Theater for a special benefit performance.

For more than 40 years, Robert Klein has had an acclaimed career in comedy, on Broadway, on television and in film.

Temple Israel synagogue announced today a premiere special event at the Halloran Centre at the Orpheum - an evening of laughter & music with comedy legend, Robert Klein on Saturday, February 10 at 8:00 pm. Open to the entire Memphis community, the evening will support the synagogue's mission to be a force for good - in the lives of its members and the greater community. Klein will be accompanied by Bob Stein, Klein's longtime music director who composes, conducts, and produces his personal and TV appearances, videos, CDs, and more.

The Sunday matinee performance of Chita Rivera and Robert Klein, on October 8, 2017 at Queensborough Community College's QPAC (Queensborough Performing Arts Center) was sold out. Before either of the two headliners of film and Broadway stepped onto the stage, QPAC's artistic director, Susan Agin, welcomed the audience. Ms. Agin's enthusiastic persona had the audience ready for this show and many of the shows coming up for this season. I found this endearing and personal because she promoted other headliners by playing snippets of these artists' hits and to encourage everyone not to miss these shows. Brilliant! A few of those upcoming artists are Darlene Love, Debbie Boone, Tony Orlando, and many more headliners from that era. The unique feature of this venue is that there are big stars booked, yet also a neighborhood feel of those that attend performances here.

59E59 Theaters will welcome Squonk with the NYC premiere of MAYHEM AND MAJESTY, created by Jackie Dempsey and Steve O'Hearn with Squonk. MAYHEM AND MAJESTY begins performances on Tuesday, December 10 for a limited engagement through Sunday, December 29. Press opening is Wednesday, December 18 at 7 PM. The performance schedule is Tuesday - Thursday at 7 PM; Friday at 8 PM; Saturday at 2 PM and 8 PM; and Sunday at 3 PM and 7 PM. There is no performance on December 25. The White Plains Performing Arts Center (WPPAC) has announced that Robert Klein with musical director Bob Stein will present an evening of comedy, theatre and song to benefit the White Plains theatre.
