COCONUT CAKE Comes to Westcoast Black Theatre This Summer
For the first time since 2018, Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe will offer a summer show. The comedy, “Coconut Cake,” was written by Melda Beaty and recognized with the Sylvia Sprinkle-Hamlin Rolling World Premiere Award at the National (now International) Black Theatre Festival in 2022.

Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe will present its second annual Juneteenth Arts Festival on Sunday, June 16, from 12-6:30 p.m. WBTT will host numerous businesses, organizations and food vendors, screen short films by students from Ringling College of Art & Design, and present dance and live music on an outdoor stage.
In The Valley Below to Release New Album 'The Black Moon,' Drops First Single
In The Valley Below has announced their third studio album, The Black Moon, which will arrive on all platforms July 12. The album follows 2019’s The Pink Chateau and their 2014 debut, The Belt.
