I wonder if they might bring Tom Hewitt back in the title role. He's so terrific and I'd love to see him in a hit. Of course whether or not this will be a hit is yet to be determined.
I doubt this last's long in The Broadway. Maybe this is just a filler until Miss Saigon comes in.
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.
Didn't Tom Hewitt play Viktor? Why not bring back Ivan Hernandez? He actually played Yurii in La Jolla. Although, I still have a feeling it's going to be James Barbour.
They're selling tickets for a whole year in advance?!
"The first block of tickets for DOCTOR ZHIVAGO go on sale Monday, November 10, 2014, and will be available for performances from Friday, March 27, 2015, through March 6, 2016."

He already has worked with Des McAnuff at least twice before (Dracula, Jesus Christ Superstar), so he's a possibility, but if Anthony Warlow ends up doing it, I'd be very happy!
Hmm... the official website says "Tickets on Sale Monday, November 10, 2015." How will people buy tickets for the first 8 months of performances? Will they be free?
Warlow is reportedly not doing it, but a couple people on this board have said it will be James Barbour. Are people saying that because it's true or because he's good at European pop operas?
