Rinaldo Alessandrini and Concerto Italiano continue their exploration of 17th century Italian motets with a new disc of works by composer Alessandro Stradella (1643-1682), out on Naïve Classiques on June 21, 2024. The album includes Stradella’s Symphonias in D Major and F Major. Except for Stradella’s Exultate in Deo fideles, all of the motets on the album are world premiere recordings.

The British singer, songwriter, and guitarist has shared the cinematic video for “It’s Come To This.” It’s the latest single from his third solo album (and first since 2015) THE MORRISON PROJECT. In the video, directed by Ivo Raza (who did the same honors for the “Crack Cocaine”), BILLY is joined by acclaimed actor Joe Manganiello whose character is a mysterious  “collector of souls,” says BILLY. The Rocky Horror Picture Show will come to life at Kings Theatre on Halloween this year as part of its 49th Anniversary Spectacular Tour. Actor Barry Bostwick will host this live interactive musical comedy experience. This stop on the tour is one of over 40 stops in cities across the country where the cult classic will be brought back to life as The Shadow Cast hilariously acts out the movie on stage while the movie plays on screen.
