Lyric Theatre, Oklahoma's premiere professional theatre company, concludes the 2007-2008 'Lyric at the Plaza' season with the big, bad, rock-n-roll musical, The Rocky Horror Show. Variety reports that Young Frankenstein will head out on tour in the fall of 2009, produced by Robert F.X. Sillerman. In what the paper describes as a 'leaner effort', Sillerman states that 'with 'Young Frankenstein,' most engagements are two to four weeks. Very few are six weeks.'

Chicago's 500 Clown Theater Company has received $28,000 from the Association of Performing Arts Presenters Ensemble Theatre Collaborations Grant program.
