MTV today announced that the '2012 MTV Video Music Awards' will feature 90 seconds of exclusive footage from the final installment of Summit Entertainment's THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN - PART 2 during its LIVE telecast from STAPLES Center on Thursday, September 6, 2012 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT on MTV. The Muppets have just released a new music video from the soundtrack of their upcoming movie THE MUPPETS, opening on Wednesday, November 23rd.

The Muppets have been a worldwide phenomena for more than 50 years. From their humble beginnings on local television and variety show appearances, through their incredible success in six theatrical motion pictures including the original 1979 'Muppet Movie', their Grammy-winning music career, and their Emmy-winning international television hit 'The Muppet Show', the Muppets have gone where no troupe of frogs, pigs, bears, and well, whatever, have ever gone before.

'Small Fry' is a new short film which will make its premiere before along with the debut of the highly anticipated Disney film THE MUPPETS. This Toy Story short tells the story of those Happy Meal toys that kids play with once or twice and then abandon.

To promote their upcoming movie, THE MUPPETS, the gang has already parodied 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo' 'The Green Lantern' 'The Hangover Part II', 'Paranormal Activity 3', 'The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn', 'Puss in Boots' and 'Happy Feet'. They have even parodied their own Muppet trailers!

On tonight's episode of NBC's PARKS AND RECREATION entitled 'End of the World', a local Pawnee group predicts that the end of the world is coming, causing Leslie (Amy Poehler) and others to contemplate their lives. Tom (Aziz Ansari) decides to throw the best party ever before he loses his office space, while April (Aubrey Plaza) helps Andy (Chris Pratt) complete his 'bucket list' before the world ends.

To promote their upcoming movie, the Muppets dropped by WWE RAW on Monday evening to reach out to wrestling fans and tell them about their family friendly film.

The final trailer for THE MUPPETS is out and the gang takes the opportunity to spoof some current blockbuster films and some highly anticipated upcoming films.
