Get a first look at Pioneer Theatre Company's Utah Premiere of The Prom-the 7-time Tony-nominated musical from the team behind another PTC favorite: ELF The Musical. Having opened on Broadway in 2018, The Prom features music by Matthew Sklar, lyrics by Chad Beguelin, and a book by Bob Martin and Beguelin, and is based on an original concept by Jack Viertel.

While Broadway and Off-Broadway is on hiatus, the cast and crew of the off-Broadway musical A Musical About Star Wars got together to sing a virtual version of the show's anthem, a?oeBe The Change That You Wish To See In The Galaxy' from their homes!

YouTube Red today released the exclusive extended trailer for fan-favorite sci-fi action comedy Lazer Team 2. Tune in to see the Lazer Team back in action, and more comically dysfunctional than ever before. The film will be released on the platform on November 22nd.

On Monday, August 4th, Broadway Sings for The Trevor Project was held at Metropolitan Room. Performers included Marisha Wallace (Disney's Aladdin) singing 'Titanium,' Brian Craft (Avenue Q, Revival of LMPC) singing 'Caught in the Storm,' Rachel Lorin (Recording Artist, Star of Oxygen's The Next Big Thing) singing 'Faithfully', Brian Detlefs (Trails: the Musical) singing 'Coda,' and Ashton Foster (You're Really Not Helping) singing 'Stay,' Gavin Rohrer (Revival of LMPC).

Dirty Dancing - The Classic Story On Stage, written by Eleanor Bergstein, script writer and creator of the phenomenally successful film, features all the much-loved characters and original dialogue from the iconic film with exciting extra scenes added in. The first ever UK tour opened in Bristol in September 2011, and has since broken box office records across the country, making it one of the most successful tours in UK history. Seattle's 5th Avenue Theatre presents Paper Mill Playhouse's production of Damn Yankees- the story of an aging baseball fan who makes a deal with the Devil so his beloved hometown team can beat the Yankees in the race for the pennant. From the songwriting team of The Pajama Game, Damn Yankees is filled with hit songs including 'Two Lost Souls' and the sultry favorite, 'Whatever Lola Wants, Lola Gets.' The creative team includes direction by Mark S. Hoebee (Paper Mill's Producing Artistic Director), music direction by Ben Whiteley, and choreography by Denis Michael Jones. 5th Avenue held its Spotlight Night for Damn Yankees on March 20. The evening took audiences behind the scenes of the new production of the musical comedy classic Damn Yankees. Featuring musical performances by some of Seattle's best singers and the cast of Damn Yankees, the event explored the stories that inspired the hit musical, including the legend of Faust. The night also took audiences through the careers of Damn Yankees book writer George Abbott and songwriters Richard Adler and Jerry Ross.
