The diner is a?oeOpening Upa?? with a full cast for the upcoming National Touring Production of WAITRESS, the Hilarious Hit Broadway Musical from Grammy nominee Sara Bareilles (composer of a?oeLove Songa?? and a?oeBravea??), inspired by Adrienne Shelley's 2007 motion picture.  

Best of Broadway announces WAITRESS will play the North Charleston Performing Arts Center for a limited 3 day engagement! The diner opens up February 7 a?" 9, 2020!

Albuquerque announces WAITRESS will play Popejoy Hall for a limited 6 performance engagement! The diner opens up December 12-15th!

The New York Musical Festival (NYMF) announced today the winners of the 2019 NYMF Awards for Excellence, which were awarded on Sunday, August 4, 2019 at Sony Hall

Susanna Wolk (Choir Boy, Waitress, Finding Neverland) will be joining the team of  the world premiere production of LEAVING EDEN as the director.  Previously announced director James Monaghan will be departing the production to Asolo Repertory Theatre as their new Dramaturg/Literary Manager.

Observance aims to break down stereotypes about Orthodox Jews and bridge the gap between observant and secular Jews so we can accept one another regardless of how we live our daily (Jewish) lives.

Access Theater is thrilled to announce the theater companies and artists who will join the Access community as 2018-2019 Resident Artists. The seven theater companies that will be in residence for the full year are: The Anthropologists, The Navigators, Rat Queen Theatre, Square One Collective, Tiny Trip, Upstream Artists' Collective, and Puss Collective. Next month, FEINSTEIN'S/54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club & Private Event Destination, presents some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz, and beyond.

The eleventh season of New York Theatre Barn's New Works Series continues on Monday, May 21, 2018 with pre-premieres of two new musicals: Chasing Fear and Pete(HER)Pan. Theatre Barn's eleventh season explores 'Foreign Cultures and Fractured Fairy Tales.'

Rebel Playhouse presents CONSTELLARIUM, a play with music for young audiences, directed by Susanna Wolk and written by and starring Arif Silverman, in association with Access Theater on 380 Broadway. CONSTELLARIUM begins performances Friday, February 2 with a limited engagement through Sunday, February 18. The performance schedule is Fridays at 8pm, Saturdays at 2pm and 8pm, and Sundays at 2pm. Weekend matinees will be followed by an optional workshop for kids. Tickets ($30 for adults; $20 for children) are available for advance purchase at www.rebelplayhouse.org. The touring company of Waitress is looking for its Lulu in Cincinnati. The character of Lulu is a sweet and carefree 4 to 5-year-old who appears in the production's finale scene. The show will be casting this role locally with two local girls. The auditions will be led by the tour's associate director, Susanna Wolk and will be held in two sessions: 10-11:30 a.m. and 1-2:30 p.m. WAITRESS will play the Aronoff Center January 9 21, 2018.
