Stars in the House for Ukraine, an 11+ Hour telethon of the weekly streaming show, raised $139,000 for the International Rescue Committee's humanitarian efforts for those affected by the war in Ukraine. That total is inclusive of a generous matching donation by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, which matched the first $50,000 worth of donations.

More celebrity guests have been added to Stars in the House For Ukraine – the 10-hour telethon to raise money and awareness for those affected by the ongoing war in Ukraine. Hosted by Seth Rudetsky and James Wesley, the show will air live on Saturday, March 26th from 12:00pm ET – 10:00pm ET.

Seth Rudetsky and James Wesley announced today that their Stars in the House series will host a 10-hour telethon to raise money and awareness for those affected by the ongoing war in Ukraine. Donations of the event will benefit the International Rescue Committee and their humanitarian efforts for those affected by the war in Ukraine.  

The new music video features co-stars from the beloved NBC drama This Is Us including Chrissy Metz, Susan Kelechi Watson, Sterling K. Brown, Chris Sullivan, Justin Hartley, and Jon Huertas, as well as friends Hilary Duff, Wilmer Valderrama, Tess Holiday, Skylar Astin, Ashley Streicher of longtime hair and makeup team Streicher sisters, and more.

Ariana DeBose took home the award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the recent film adaptation of West Side Story. The film also won in the Best Film Editing category.

This spring, Great Performances returns with its fifth annual “Broadway's Best” lineup, premiering Fridays, May 13-27 at 9 p.m. ET on PBS.

Nominations for the 2021 Critics Choice Awards were announced this afternoon and a slew of Broadway favorites are in the running at this year's ceremony.

Chrissy Metz and Susan Kelechi Watson, the multi-award-winning co-stars of NBC’s “This Is Us,” will host this year’s telecast from Pasadena, California. Emmy and Peabody Award-winning actor, director, educator and lifelong children’s literacy advocate LeVar Burton was previously announced by the Tournament of Roses as this year’s Grand Marshall.

“This Is Us” chronicles the Pearson family across the decades: from Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) and Rebecca (Mandy Moore) as young parents in the 1980s to their kids, Kevin (Justin Hartley), Kate (Chrissy Metz) and Randall (Sterling K. Brown) searching for love in the present day along with Toby (Chris Sullivan) and Beth (Susan Kelechi Watson).

Opening up about her first live performance since the COVID pandemic began, this performer shares her joy in welcoming enthusiastic audiences back to the theatre, and says if people didn't know it pre pandemic, they certainly know it now - 'life without the arts is not living.'

The Public Theater's Shakespeare in the Park production of MERRY WIVES, which ran at the Delacorte Theater through Saturday, September 18 will be filmed for PBS' Great Performances!

Shakespeare in the Park is back and we've got photos from them official re-opening night! On Friday night, MERRY WIVES celebrated its opening at the Delacorte Theater, where it will run through Saturday, September 18. The play is adapted by Jocelyn Bioh and directed by Saheem Ali.

Joeclyn Bioh's Merry Wives makes a play written by a white man in England 300 years ago speak to the experience of Black Americans and West African immigrants living in Harlem in 2021. Merry Wives is a vastly enjoyable piece of theater, a celebration of Black joy. After the past year, it is exactly the type of theater we need.

The Public Theater has cancelled tonight's performance of Shakespeare in the Park's Merry Wives due to a positive Covid-19 test within the company.
