Kokandy Productions' THE FULL MONTY to Run 3/10-4/12 at Theater Wit

Kokandy Productions will open its 2015 season with the hilarious and heartfelt musical comedy THE FULL MONTY with music and lyrics by David Yazbek, book by Terrence McNally, direction by Co-Artistic Director John D. Glover, choreography by Danny Spagnuolo and music direction by Resident Music Director Kory Danielson. THE FULL MONTY will play March 10 - April 12, 2015 at Theater Wit, 1229 W. Belmont Ave. in Chicago. Tickets are available at www.kokandyproductions.com, by calling (773) 975-8150 or in person at the Theater Wit Box Office. The press opening is Thursday, March 12 at 8 pm.

Veteran actress and cabaret artist Irina Maleeva returns to the Los Angeles stage with her one-woman musical revue, 'Illusions,' on the mainstage at the Hudson Theatre in Hollywood, beginning tonight, November 1, 2014. The show will have a three week extended run playing Thursday, Friday and Today nights at 8pm and Sunday afternoons at 3pm.

The New York Times has revealed part of the story behind A NIGHT WITH JANIS JOPLIN's abrupt cancellation prior to its scheduled off-Broadway run at the Gramercy Theater this month. Producers broke the news to the cast at their final rehearsal on April 8, just two days before the show's reopening downtown.
