BroadwayWorld has a first look at the stars and creative team of MOONSHINE: The Hee Haw Musical, the new musical comedy lovingly (and loosely) inspired by the classic TV series. MOONSHINE begins previews for its World Premiere at The Dallas Theater Center tonight, Wednesday, Sept 2, with an official opening night set for September 18, and runs through October 11.

Beginning performances Sunday, July 5th, Wicked will welcome two-time Tony and Emmy Award nominee MICHELE LEE in the role of Madame Morrible. A veteran of the stage and screen, she is perhaps best known for her fourteen seasons as Karen Mackenzie on the landmark CBS television drama, 'Knots Landing.'

The Broadway at Birdland Concert Series presented a reading of Stephen Cole and David Evans' musical fable, 'Merman's Apprentice' on Monday, June 15. Directed by Stephen Cole and Amy Burgess, the cast featured PJ Benjamin, Austin Colby, Eddie Korbich, Brian Charles Rooney, Klea Blackhurst, Bill Nolte, Desi Oakley, Sarah Sesler, Anita Gillette, Elizabeth Teeter and F. Beginning performances Tuesday, March 10, WICKED will welcome ARIELLE JACOBS in the role of Nessarose and PJ BENJAMIN, who will return to the Broadway blockbuster in the role of The Wizard.

WICKED will welcome new cast members to the Broadway blockbuster beginning Tuesday, February 25. CHRISTINE DWYER will assume the role of Elphaba, after recently performing the role on National Tour, and JENNI BARBER (The Nance, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee) will assume the role of Glinda.

On Wednesday, October 30th, the blockbuster musical WICKED will celebrate its 10th Anniversary on Broadway, a milestone achieved by only ten other Broadway productions in history.
