 It has been announced that Jamie Bogyo - who made his professional theatre debut in the lead role of Christian in the smash hit West End production of Moulin Rouge! The Royal Court Theatre and Nica Burns have announced that For Black Boys Who Have Considered Suicide When The Hue Gets Too Heavy by Ryan Calais Cameron will transfer to the Apollo Theatre in London’s West End for a limited run of six weeks only.

Nica Burns has warned that theatres are facing a multitude of problems in 2023. Appearing on BBC Radio 4's Front Row programme, the West End theatre owner and producer spoke about the cost-of-living crisis and the huge increase in energy bills, meaning some venues could be paying up to £1.5 million a year.

Long-standing Dave's Edinburgh Comedy Awards Director Nica Burns, has announced the nominees for the biggest prizes in live comedy, Best Comedy Show and Best Newcomer Awards, celebrating the best of both established and up-and-coming comedy at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Nica Burns just announced that the opening production of @sohoplace will be the New Vic’s much acclaimed production Marvellous, directed by Theresa Heskins.

Everybody's' Talking About Jamie, the award-winning feel-good musical sensation, is coming to Milton Keynes Theatre on 19 April. West End star Layton Williams reprises the role of Jamie New. Straight from the West End, Shane Richie (I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here, EastEnders) will play Hugo/Loco Chanelle. Shobna Gulati (Coronation Street, Dinnerladies) also re-joins the cast to play Ray.
