Strange things can happen when you go home again to a place you never really knew. Audiences will discover that for themselves when Eric Pfeffinger's surprisingly side-splitting “Fourteen Funerals” hits Catskill's Bridge Street Theatre for eight performances only, June 2-12.

The limitless frontier explored by Meriwether Lewis has dwindled for one of his descendants to a tiny sliver of Idaho land on which she runs a laughably unprofitable roadside fireworks stand. MacArthur 'Genius Grant' recipient Samuel D. Hunter explores the emotional wilderness of a family struggling to stay afloat and keep their American dreams alive in “Lewiston”, an affectionate, poignant, and profoundly empathic new play, coming to Catskill's Bridge Street Theatre for eight performances only October 7 - 17, 2021.

The passionate characters in Pathway to the Ballot Box are inspired by the challenges, triumphs, fears, and accomplishments of eight women who lived in New Paltz, NY over three centuries, leading to the first vote cast by a woman in New Paltz. The experience will run weekends August 21st through September 5th, 2021. 

The fourth annual Berkshire Theatre Critics Awards (aka The Berkies) were handed out on a chilly Monday evening, November 11, 2019, at Zion Lutheran Church in Pittsfield, MA. Eligible for nomination were 105 productions from the past year, presented at more than three dozen venues in Western Massachusetts, New York, Vermont and Connecticut, all within a fifty-mile radius of the borders of Berkshire County.

The SALT Award program recognizes exemplary and outstanding performances in Professional and Non-Professional theater in Central New York.

Kitchen Theatre Company opens its 26th Main Stage Season with the regional premiere of Robert Askins' delightfully shocking Hand to God, directed by Rachel Lampert, now through September 25. Opening Night is tonight, September 8. Nominated for five Tony Awards, Hand To God is irreverent, hilarious and profoundly truthful about the human condition and its relationship to death, religion, sexuality, and family dynamics.  Kitchen Theatre Company's 2016-17 season marks the start of the theater's second quarter century. From the world premiere of Wendy Dann's Birds of East Africa to the hilarious encore production of Precious Nonsense, it promises to be one to remember. Darian Dauchan's Death Boogie showcases his mastery of multi-character solo work, accompanied by live musicians on bass and violin. It is a hip hop musical that is part performance, part concert and all Darian. Clean Alternatives by Brian Dykstra was ahead of the curve when first produced, with its focus on the environment and our shared responsibility to ensure a sustainable planet. Alexander Thomas' Throw Pitchfork is a brilliantly performed solo performance by one of KTC's favorite actors.Sex With Strangers by Laura Eason explores the high-powered, cutthroat world of publishing and two passionate writers' relationship to fame and to each other. Opening the season is the irreverent, buckle-your-seat-belts, Tony-nominated Hand To God by Robert Askins.

 Letter of Marque Theater Company is pleased to present a first look at their innovative production of DOUBLE FALSEHOOD, directed by Andrew Borthwick Leslie.  First published in 1727 by Lewis Theobald, new research indicates that DOUBLE FALSEHOOD, might have actually been written by William Shakespeare and John Fletcher. DOUBLE FALSEHOOD is currently in previews and plays through Saturday,  April 9th, 2016 at The Irondale Center (85 S. Oxford St. Brooklyn, NY 11217). Opening Night is Saturday, March 12th at 7:30 p.m.
