No one is born a performer but Matthew Gregory, founder of KidsFest, made it a point to start very early. Playing as Young Scrooge's girlfriend at age eight (Yes, you heard it right: girlfriend of the Young Scrooge in a production of “A Christmas Carol”) and as a chorister at York Minster in the United Kingdom, Matthew eventually placed himself permanently in the world of performing arts when he became the executive producer of ABA Productions, based in Hong Kong.

The original musical, with Book, Music & Lyrics by JIM COLLERAN, will be Directed & Choreographed by TADA!'s Associate Artistic Director & Resident Choreographer, JOANNA GREER, with Musical Direction by MATTHEW GREGORY. Set Design is by Carl Tallent, Lighting Design by Steve O'Shea & Costume Design by Cheryl McCarron.  Julia Nichols Stage Manages & Assistant Director/Assistant Stage Manager is Christina Franklin (TADA! alum).

Chicago's Walkabout Theater Company joins forces with the international ensemble of Moon Fool to present the Chicago premiere of STORM, a fierce re-imagining of William Shakespeare's The Tempest, created and directed by Anna-Helena McLean and featuring actors from three continents. On the heels of their critically acclaimed hit ALL OUR TRAGIC, The Hypocrites are pleased to continue their 2014-15 Season with another world premiere: a playful re-imaging of Gilbert and Sullivan's comic opera H.M.S. PINAFORE, adapted and directed by Founding Artistic Director Sean Graney, co-directed by Thrisa Hodits with new arrangements by Matt Kahler* and Andra Velis Simon. In what has become an annual celebration of the Gilbert and Sullivan canon, H.M.S. PINAFORE will run in repertory with remounts of the company's wildly popular productions of THE MIKADO and THE PIRATES OF PENZANCE, also adapted and directed by Graney.
