Planet Connections Theatre Festivity, the country's premier socially-conscious, eco-friendly arts festival, is proud to announce its seventh season of plays, musicals & staged readings, with all shows taking place at The Paradise Factory, 64 East 4th St, between 2nd Avenue & Bowery.

Nylon Fusion Theatre Company announces their Short Play Festival "This Round's On Us" on February 20-21, featuring eleven new plays in two sets. Guest writers include Michael Puzzo and Don Nigro. Gotham's John Doman plays President McKinley in Nigro's new play Front Porch. Hosted by Lori Kee.

From today, October 21 to November 8, August Strindberg Repertory will transport Strindberg's 'Miss Julie' to an antebellum Louisiana plantation in a new interpretation conceived by Artistic Director Robert Greer and adapted by Edgar Chisholm from a translation by Greer. The production will include a ballet sequence, which Strindberg specified in the original manuscript and which has never been performed before. The piece will be directed by Robert Greer and choreographed by Ja' Malik.

This May Bricken and Birch Productions is pleased to present Vacation- All I Ever Wanted!, directed by Lori Kee as part of the Planet Connections Theatre Festivity 2014. The Festivity will take place May 12 through June 8 at the Paradise Factory.

Nylon Fusion Theatre Company presents two thoughtful and poignantly funny takes on the meaning of trying to define yourself in the world, and the nature of performance in life, on film and on stage with the world premiere of Don Nigro's noir comedy A Snowfall in Berlin (running March 12 - April 5) alternating with the revival of John Patrick Shanley's seldom-seen The Big Funk: A Casual Play (running March 13 - April 6). The plays will be presented in repertory at separate performances at Teatro LaTea @ Clemente Soto Velez, located at 107 Suffolk Street on Manhattan's Lower East Side.

Nylon Fusion Collective gets into the Halloween spirit with The Round's On Us, a collection of one-act works offering up intense drama and laughs about the frightening, the freaky and the just plain fun at the Gene Frankel Theatre, located at 24 Bond Street. Performed in two separate sets, the one-acts will showcased at 7pm and 9pm on October 29th and 30th.

The evening will raise funds for the non-profit Safe Horizon and showcase three new one-act plays by acclaimed playwrights Neil LaBute, John Patrick Shanley and Winter Miller (Neil LaBute and Winter Miller's pieces will be world premieres).

The evening will raise funds for the non-profit Safe Horizon and showcase three new one-act plays by acclaimed playwrights Neil LaBute, John Patrick Shanley and Winter Miller (Neil LaBute and Winter Miller's pieces will be world premieres).

"This Round's On Us" - After the Fool... is the second fundraising event of the year to support Nylon Fusion Theatre Company's 6th Season. The festival will feature plays by new and notable playwrights, including Kristina Poe, a longtime member of LAByrinth Theater Company, James Harmon Brown, best known for his work on All My Children, and Jack Karp, a member of Nylon Fusion and winner of the David Mamet Playwriting Competition, whose recent play Incendiary Agents, presented at The New Ohio, performed to sold-out houses.

On Sunday, June 16 at 7:30pm at the Alice Griffin Jewelbox Theatre in the Pershing Square Signature Center, the Planet Connections Theatre Festivity Gala 'One Acts for a Cause' will showcase three new one-act plays by acclaimed playwrights Neil LaBute, John Patrick Shanley and Winter Miller (Neil LaBute and Winter Miller's pieces will be world premieres). The evening, which will start with a VIP reception with the playwrights at 6:30pm followed by the performance at 7:30pm, will raise funds for the non-profit Safe Horizon, the leading victim services agency in the United States. VIP tickets are $300 (orchestra ticket & reception ticket); show-only tickets are $200 (orchestra) and $150 (mezzanine) and tickets can currently be purchased online at www.PlanetConnections.org.

Witting, with Music by Eric Chercover and Ethan Bailey and Lyrics by Sparacino with Chercover, the show is directed by Lori Kee and Bricken Sparacino. It runs tonight, February 22 through March 3, 2013.
