Discovery Channel marks Stephen Hawking's 73rd birthday (Jan. 8) with the airing of HAWKING, starring Benedict Cumberbatch, tonight, Jan. 10 at 10 PM ET/PT. HAWKING explores the life of a young Stephen HAWKING who, as a bright and ambitious 21-year-old PhD student at Cambridge University, is diagnosed with the debilitating motor neuron disease and given two years to live.

Directed by Richard Eyre, PRIVATE LIVES will play at the Music Box Theatre (239 West 45th Street) with previews beginning on Sunday November 6 and opening night set for Thursday November 17. The limited engagement runs through February 5 2012. Prior to Broadway, PRIVATE LIVES will play a limited run at Toronto's Royal Alexandra Theatre.
Kim Cattrall and Paul Gross lead the production, joined by Lisa Dillon and Simon Paisley Day. Mirvish Productions released photos today of the stars in a glamorous photo shoot. Check them out below!

Michael Attenborough will direct Kieran Bew (Man) Abigail Cruttenden (Angela), Lisa Dillon (Lucy) Margot Leicester (Barbara) and Sophie Stanton (Marina) in the world premiere of David Eldridge's The Knot of the Heart which will run at the Almeida from 10 March - 30 April, with press night on 17 March 2011. The Knot of the Heart is designed by Peter McKintosh with lighting by Tim Mitchell and sound and music by Dan Jones.

Richard Eyre will direct John Mortimer's translation of Georges Feydeau's 1907 classic farce A FLEA IN HER EAR , opening for previews on 4 December 2010 (press night: 14 December). Starring Tom Hollander with Di Botcher, Jonathan Cake, Oliver Cotton, Lisa Dillon, Freddie Fox, Fiona Glascott, Lloyd Hutchinson, John Marquez, Tim McMullan, William Maxwell, Rebecca Night, Maggie Service and Walter Van Dyk, A Flea in Her Ear is a comedy of errors set against a backdrop of misunderstanding and confusion. A Flea in Her Ear is a co-production with Sonia Friedman Productions and is the second play in The Old Vic 2010-11 Season. The Season is sponsored by Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
