The Wagner/Cuban Company's Magnolia Pictures announced today that they've acquired North American rights to BEST MAN DOWN, a warmly funny new comedy from writer/director Ted Koland, starring Justin Long, Jess Weixler, Tyler Labine, Addison Timlin and Frances O'Connor.

Nick Offerman ("Parks and Recreation") stars in this smart, subversive comedy about a man, his best friend (Keith Poulson), and the woman they both adore (Jess Weixler, Teeth) watching their lives fly by.

Red Sea Media has assembled a robust slate in the last few months, including two new projects that the sales company has acquired worldwide sales rights for. Principal photography begins shooting in Los Angeles on April 9.
